Today was a fun day. I took the express people ferry into Seattle to do some touristy things that I tend to skip. I started out walking around Pike Place Market. I love seeing all those monster crabs and seafood and wish I could take them home for a meal. I Stopped for a quick bite and a Helles lager at Old Stove Brewing before heading up to City Center for a ride up the Space Needle and a walk around the Chiuhuly Garden and Glass. I stopped in at KEXP and Light In The Attic Records. I also took my obligatory stop at Taylor Shellfish for a small plate of geoduck and rockfish ceviche. My last stops were at Zion’s Gate Records and Wall Of Sound before one last beer at Optimism Brewing and the big sloe ferry back to Bremerton. Today I will make my last couple of stops in Seattle and then head to Spokane and home while I wait for my car to get fixed in Golden. Eventually, I will fly to Denver and pick up the car, allowing me to hit my stops in Fort Collins.
