Sour and Wild was created as way to document my travels to breweries and bars that serve the beers I love most. My current beer obsession revolves around all things sour. Lambics, Gueuze, faro, meerts, wild fermentations and kettle sours, it’s all in play here. I will also occasionally sample a nice barrel aged stout or porter or a new IPA now and then. I welcome any comments or suggestions to help me along the way.
