I had not heard of Earth Rider before this bottle showed up. The brewery is located in Superior Wisconsin so I may have to visit next time I head to Duluth. This is the Cedar Sour 2022 vintage, which is a Flanders-style red mixed culture aged in French oak and finished with cedar. Picking up the cherry and a bit of stone fruit but I guess I need to learn to identify “leather”. Very oak forward and sour with a touch of sweetness. It’s a pretty easy drinker.
