A completely new brewery to me so when I saw it in the local shop, I had to give it a try. Naturally fermented on Carignan grapes and then barrel aged. Wonderful earthy tones and grape flavors. a unique funk to it. An odd pinkish hue. quite refreshing with a different flavor profile. A bit less tart than most. Very well balanced Hopefully see some of their other output because I really like this one.
